Daily’s Place Amphitheater and Flex Field
Jacksonville, Florida
Daily’s Place is made up of an amphitheater and an indoor football practice field that are connected to EverBank Field football stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. The amphitheater exterior structure is formed from a complicated design of 67,000 square feet of PTFE fiberglass fabric panels suspended from the bottom side of the roof trusses. This creates a ceiling that reaches 70 feet at the amphitheater’s apex. The adjoining flex field is a 94,000 square-foot indoor practice area with a regulation-sized football field for the Jacksonville Jaguars football team. Shawnee Steel & Welding fabricated the structural steel framing and trusses for both the amphitheater and flex field.
