Indian Wells Tennis Garden

Indian Wells Tennis Garden features the third-largest tennis stadium in the world. In preparation for hosting the annual BNP Paribas Open, a lightweight shade canopy was installed to protect viewers from the desert heat and perpetual sun. To avoid complex trusses that would detract from the clean simplicity of the long spans, the support came from single tube sections of structural steel fabricated by Shawnee Steel & Welding.
