Paragon Star

Paragon Star is a $400 million mixed-use development off I-470 at View High Drive in Lee’s Summit. The first phase of the project was a $212 million sports complex with ten multi-sports FIFA certified, state-of-the-art fields that opened in April of 2023. The second phase will include a commercial development with retail, restaurants, hotels and apartments. Due to storm drains separating the apartment complexes from the rest of the Paragon Star development bridges were built to connect the apartments with the rest of the complex. Shawnee Steel & Welding fabricated 1,500 lineal feet of railing for these bridges.
