Whiting Lakefront Park is a 15-acre park along the shores of Lake Michigan. The $47 million development transformed the land into an economic asset and community resource, including a two-tier promenade, nature area and event gazebo. Shawnee Steel & Welding fabricated 1,500 feet of brushed steel pedestrian railing in addition to two custom steel structures for the promenade.
